9-8-03 note: The June Solstice on June 20 is at 11:09 PM, which is interesting regarding the 911 and 119 phenomenon. In the 28 years listed on the above page, only the one 11 11 time is given. I also searched for 23 11 which would be 11:11 PM. I did not find that time either.

Perihelion: closest point to the sun in the orbit of a planet or comet

Aphelion: point at which an orbiting planet or satellite is farthest from the sun

Equinoxes: either of two times in a year when the sun crosses the celestial equator; either of the two points at which the sun's path intersects with the celestial equator

Solstices: either of the two times of the year when the sun is farthest from the equator (Astronomy)

It is simply an occurrence where at 11:11 (am/pm) their attention would be pulled to a clock, not to see what time it was, but one simply gets an impulse to look at the clock. One is not looking to see what time is it. It is almost an unconscious glance.
